We are looking for a tech savvy customer service orientated professional wanting to join our OrderMate Melbourne team! Great rewards and incentives!

Job Responsibilities-

  • Perform remote online and telephone service & support for hardware and software
  • Responsible for communication to the customer for support and services
  • Asking probing questions to establish the nature of customer enquiries
  • Delivering exceptional customer service by resolving enquiries
  • Escalating any enquiries outside your control to Investigation team or other staff members
  • Update CRM with any customer details, billing information or other


You must possess the following experience/attributes:

  • Must be familiar with email, web browsers, microsoft office
  • Setting up RDP / VPNs (advantageous)
  • Using TeamViewer or similar remote access methods
  • Understanding basic network concepts like TCP/IP and port forwarding (advantageous)
  • Experience or understanding of troubleshooting
  • Friendly and accommodating
  • Attention to detail
  • Great customer service
  • Ability to think on your feet
  • Problem solving skills
  • Great time and organisation skills
  • Ability to work on weekend support calls and rotating rosters
