The IGT loyalty and membership system is used by The TabCorp Diamond Rewards loyalty program. IGT’s player management solution integrates into the OrderMate POS system to allow players the ability to earn and redeem loyalty points at the POS. Make use of Diamond Rewards and OrderMate’s advanced price level architecture to reward your biggest spenders with different benefits.

How we work together

OrderMate syncs customer data with the IGT server in real time, meaning that new customers can immediately start earning and redeeming points. When a customer redeems points for prizes at a Diamond Rewards kiosk, the remaining balance is automatically synced back to the POS.
