ELIGIBILITY: To be eligible for reward, the following conditions must be met. a) OrderMate must receive a signed contract and full payment from the referred business within 3 months of the intro- duction. b) The referrer (you) must be deemed to have gone to reasonable lengths to offer a credible and direct introduction between the venue and the OrderMate Sales Manager, or directly with your preferred OrderMate Consultant. c) OrderMate reserves the right to adjust or eliminate any rewards based on but not limited to the following situations: i) A previous relationship between OrderMate and the referred business exists. ii) The referred business has already made an enquiry with Order- Mate. iii) The referred business has already been referred by an approved OrderMate Ambassador. iv) The referred business takes advantage of a monthly promotion or offer where OrderMate gives a discount. v) OrderMate has been referred as one in a list of many possible POS Vendors. ## HOW TO INTRODUCE US?
