This beautifully designed restaurant is located on the ground floor of the Larmont Hotel in the heart of Potts Point, Sydney. The menu is created by executive chef Tom Kime who has a mission to share the vibrant flavours of the Levant Mediterranean region, with a perfect balance of taste and colour on the plate. Ceru is inspired by Tom’s extensive travels to Turkey, Lebanon, Israel and the Middle East. Street food, mezze and a kaleidoscope of food to share from this region are brought to you using free range and organic produce. Artisan and sustainable products have been sourced with ethical integrity to ensure that all your senses are stimulated. The food is fresh and authentic, the welcome is warm and the atmosphere is… well… every day is a holiday.
The Burger Bar in North Melbourne has recently renovated their site with the help of the team at Bicker Design. Consistanty rated as one of the best burgers in Melbourne, we are proud to add Wonky Trolley to our long list of burger venues. “The design brief was to bring the interior in line with their already amazing burgers”. The site formerly a Urban Burger is now home to an epic hand painted food infographic covering the walls of the resigned restaurant giving the space a real fun and energetic vibe.
Our international customers, S’Wich, have recently opened their third store in Business Bay, Dubai. S’wich offer shawarma’s to their customers in a make your own style to suit the tastebuds and likes of everyone. Here you can choose all the flavours you wish to have in your shawarma, which is where several meats are roasted on a spit for a whole day before served in a tortilla styles wrap which is known as a Levantine Arab meat preparation. They also offer lettuce plates to their customers as they pride themselves on bringing health back to their foods as they see that street bought shawarma’s have lost their taste and have become too unhealthy.
Situated in Ringwood’s Eastland Shopping Centre, this crazy gelato hub offers you the chance to create your own popsicle styled ice cream with your choice of toppings and ice-cream known as a “nudi stick”. From 100’s and 1000’s to nuts or even chocolate sauce, you can have just about anything you wish on your ice cream which is served in a very handy bowl which helps keep the mess to a minimum. You can also have a try of their gelato in either a cone or cup, easy for little tuckers to dig in! This unique stores make everyones individual tastes easier to meet with something for everyone, whether you have a sweet tooth or not. It may also be in your best interest to have a gelato stuffed cannoli served with nut, a heavenly dessert best eaten at all times of the day, however if you do not with to indulge in their gelato you may wish to try one of their macarons.
