Come end of May, the Royal Hall of Industries in Sydney's Eastern Suburbs will be pumping with food service festivities for three full days, Sunday 22nd of May until Tuesday 24th of May. This year the Foodservice Australia team have expanded the show to cover two halls showcasing everything from technology to gluten free goodies. Parallel to the annual tradeshow will be the inaugural National Restaurant Conference. The conference will run from 9am-4pm on Monday 23 May. It will run alongside the tradeshow so delegates can see all the new products on display.
